Privacy

Effective July 28, 2026. This notice covers the KIM3310 Systems website, its public repository resources, anonymous aggregate measurement, and its private inquiry form. Do not submit credentials, private datasets, health records, payment details, or other sensitive material.

Analytics and Aggregate Resource Counts

Google Analytics starts with Consent Mode denied. The footer control can enable aggregate analytics. Public resource measurement is also off by default and remains off when DNT or Global Privacy Control is enabled.

The resource event API accepts only repository, one of four allowlisted events, the fixed public-resource surface, and the consent-policy version. It rejects extra fields. Cloudflare D1 stores daily aggregate counters and expiring abuse-control counters.

Personal, sensitive, raw, event-level, and re-identifiable data is not sold. Aggregate counts are used to publish benchmark summaries, prioritize useful resources, and improve public content.

Advertising

Google AdSense may serve ads only on policy-eligible public repository resource pages after Google site approval. Application, upload, result, account, inquiry, payment, dashboard, admin, medical, incident, security, and private workflow surfaces remain ad-free.

Regional advertising consent is handled through the Google-certified consent platform configured for the publisher account. Advertising availability and revenue depend on provider review, policy, traffic quality, consent, and advertiser demand.

Read the detailed advertising and aggregate data policy.

Private Inquiries

The form stores the inquiry type, your email, optional organization, selected service, optional source product or repository, budget or price-research range, message, consent version, creation time, and processing status in Cloudflare D1. For abuse prevention, it also stores a one-way email hash and a date-scoped, secret-salted one-way network fingerprint. The network address is transformed in memory and is not inserted into the inquiry database.

Inquiry records are scheduled for deletion 90 days after collection and are pruned by an independent daily retention job. Deletion can occur during the next daily run. A longer period is used only when an active engagement has a separately documented retention basis. Access is restricted to the site operator and is used only to evaluate and respond to the requested service.

Checkout Providers

Configured checkout links may open an independent payment provider. KIM3310 Systems does not collect card or bank details on this website. The provider's privacy and billing terms apply to its checkout.

Data Requests

Submit a new private inquiry with your original reference and state whether you request access, correction, or deletion. Identity must be verified through the same email address before a record is disclosed or changed.

Public-site advertising and cookies

Substantial public editorial pages on this website may load Google AdSense after site approval. Google may use cookies or similar storage to deliver, measure, and protect advertising. Advertising is excluded from privacy, terms, publisher, private inquiry, upload, result, account, diagnostic, incident-response, regulated-decision, and operational workflow pages.

Where required in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, personalized advertising must remain disabled until a valid choice is collected through a Google-certified consent flow. Browser and regional privacy choices remain subject to the applicable Google and site controls.

This disclosure concerns the public website for doeon-kim-portfolio. It does not change the separate data behavior of a native application, local tool, or self-hosted deployment. See publisher and editorial information.
